We started with cashews because we know them best: our own unit, Chandra Cashew, has been shelling, grading and roasting them in Kollam for [N] years.
Nutorious takes that craft and adds personality — a wood-fired borma roast, smoky barbeque, green chilli heat, cracked black pepper. Same great nut, five kinds of trouble.
